Our dinner course features the ever-popular Peking duck, live tiger prawns prepared in the drunken prawn style, and abalone. The drunken tiger prawns are soaked in Chinese wine and set ablaze at your table in a powerful performance. Enjoy abalone with Matsutake mushrooms and steamed with leek and ginger to imbue a piquant taste of autumn.
