Our Chef's Special Kaiseki course meal brings you the finest of ingredients.
This fall, it features rare and valuable Matsutake mushrooms harvested in Japan. Harvests from Japan bring uniquely delicate aroma and exceptional flavor combined with a firm texture, lending excellence to a variety of preparation styles.
