'Konpeki' hyakumi-an kaiseki

A kaiseki-style dinner featuring seasonal seafood and premium Wagyu beef.
Enjoy a trio of shabu-shabu with tender abalone at its peak, delicately rich eel, and finely marbled Hida beef, alongside pot-cooked rice with abalone and sea urchin—each dish highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients.
