Celebrate the arrival of spring in luxury with this special kaiseki course. Enjoy a delicate hot pot of tender abalone, whose flavor has deepened through the cold winter months and is enhanced with fragrant sansho pepper, along with sashimi, Wagyu beef steak, and crab rice cooked in an iron pot, allowing you to savor the unique flavors of spring.
