A one-night-only Chef’s Table presented by Executive Chef Okawa.
This special course features foie gras, rock lobster, and Wagyu beef, woven together with spring delicacies such as firefly squid and bamboo shoots, accompanied by the chef’s own commentary. Each course is paired with sommelier-selected wines—inviting you to savor a luxurious harmony of cuisine and wine.
