Chef’s special kaiseki – The arrival of spring –

Celebrate the arrival of spring in luxury at this special kaiseki. Enjoy tender abalone, whose flavor has been concentrated after the cold winter, and lobster, whose sweetness and elasticity are outstanding, in a small pot with fragrant sansho pepper, as well as sashimi, Wagyu beef steak, and other delicacies that only spring can offer.
