“Mare di Inverno,” or “Winter Sea,” serves as the theme of these seasonal course menus.
Winter seafood meets Italian cuisine in dishes such as yellowtail tagliata, at its richest in winter, and pasta like spaghetti pepperoncino with glass shrimp.
