This year marks the 316th anniversary of the founding of Germany’s state-owned MEISSEN Porcelain Manufactory. Having overcome numerous wars throughout its history, the manufactory continues to honor its rich traditions while presenting innovative new creations each year. What is the spirit that upholds the exceptional quality and artistry of MEISSEN porcelain?

We are pleased to welcome Ms. Haruko Yamanouchi, President of G.K. Japan Agency Co., Ltd., the exclusive distributor in Japan of Germany’s renowned MEISSEN porcelain. She will share the spirit of craftsmanship held by MEISSEN’s master artisans and artists, as well as the traditions and heritage that support their dedication to creating timeless works.
Guests will also watch a special video featuring the atelier—normally closed to the public—including the intricate hand-painting process.

Afterwards, please enjoy tea and sweets served on specially selected MEISSEN porcelain.
