4/23(Wed) One Day Sushi Chef

the sushi bar invites you to become a sushi chef for a day, learning how to press sushi and grate wasabi.
We will also carefully explain and demonstrate how to prepare sushi rice and fish fillets that can be made at home.
After the experience, enjoy a comparison of the sushi you made and the sushi made by the artisan.
