MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

1. Initiation Fee, Initiation Deposit and Annual Dues

The amount is as set forth as follows :

  • All the above amounts (excluding the Initiation Deposit) include consumption tax.
  • The Initiation Deposit shall be refunded at the time of withdrawal from membership, but no Initiation Fees shall be refunded.
  • No interest shall be accrued on the Initiation Deposit.
  • The Initiation Fee, the Initiation Deposit, and the Annual Dues for that year shall be paid in advance.
  • Please note that the Spousal Member shall pay Annual Dues only.
  • Each Corporate Member shall nominate one individual as its nominated Member.

2. Admission to Membership

All Applications are subject to a screening process. If you are interested in becoming a Member, please request an Application to Roppongi Hills Club Membership Office. An Information / Application packet will be sent to you.

3. Required Documents

Each Application for Membership, once completed by the Applicant, should be forwarded, together with the following documents, to Roppongi Hills Club Membership Office:

  • Completed Application Form
  • One Photograph as indicated on the Application Form
  • Copy of Alien Registration Card or Passport photo page
  • SPOUSAL MEMBER APPLIACTIONS
    Copy of Alien Registration Card or certified copy of Family Registry, indicating Applicant as a Spouse of a current Member.
  • Registry book issued within 6 months of the applying company.
  • * All Applications are subject to screening and in some cases may be denied. Screening process may take up to 2 weeks.
  • * All Application and Information content shall be in accordance with Club By-Laws.
  • * Club By-Laws are subject to change.

DRESS CODE / HOUSE RULE

Dress Code and House Rules

A Smart Casual Dress Code will be applied. Please wear clothes that are suitable to the Club. Please note the following clothing items will not be allowed at any time (Members’ guests need to be advised in advance accordingly).

  • Yukata (a light summer kimono), exercise wear, short pants including Bermuda shorts.
  • Beach sandals, ‘Geta’, ‘Setta’, and other similar footwear.
  • Fashion jeans with holes or torn areas should be avoided.
  • If wearing t-shirts or collarless shirts, then a jacket should be worn.
  • Women are requested to refrain from wearing casual T-shirts, camisoles and similar styles of dresses.

Rules for Children

  • Children who are 12 years of age and younger are not allowed to use the Club during the weekdays.
  • On Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays, Members may bring children of any age.
