Courtesy of Ninben, a company specializing in dried bonito for over three centuries, Club members will have the opportunity to learn about the powerhouses of Japanese cuisine-dashi soup stock and dried bonito flakes.
In this seminar, participants will experience a dashi taster set and carve off bonito flakes, gaining practical knowledge immediately useful in replicating Japanese cuisine.
Participants can enjoy an after-seminar lunch at a Club restaurant listed below.
