Q1 : I am not a member of Roppongi Hills Club, can I still have my wedding there?

Roppongi Hills Club is a membership facility. However, we open our facility to non-members for weddings. The couple, along with their families and guests, are permitted to enter the area which is normally for Members only. This special privileged will add to the excitement of your special day.

Q2 : What are the wedding benefits which you offer?

The couple helding a wedding reception at Roppongi Hills Club will receive various benefits.

· Complimentary one night accommodations at Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
· Dining Certificate for the month of the bride and the groom's Birthday.
· Dinner Tickets for your One-Year Wedding Anniversary.
· Admission Tickets for Tokyo City View (Observatory Floor), and Mori Art Museum.
· Referral to Hills Spa (Members Only) Bridal Esthetic.

The couple concluding a wedding contract will receive 10 Guest Tickets*.
Each of the tickets admits up to 6 guests which can be used for the Clubs dining and bars.
*They are not Complimentary Tickets and valid until the last day of the 6th month from your wedding reception.

Q3 : Is wedding consultation available only at the Bridal Fair?

Wedding consultation is available any time except for year end and new year holidays. Please make reservations by telephone or email in advance, so that bridal staff can schedule you to see the venue

Q4 : How many wedding receptions do you have in a day?

Roppongi Hills Club has two banqueting halls. Our bridal staff will suggest the best venue for you based on the size of your reception. We will not schedule wedding receptions in both banquet halls during the same time frame. (not including second party/general banquet functions) As a rule, we will conduct a maximum of 2 wedding receptions per day, one during the day and one during evening hours.

Q5 : How much preparation time do I need before the wedding reception?

Usually, full-fledged meetings, including creating invitation cards etc., will begin three months before the wedding reception. If a couple wishes to start the meeting earlier due to business and other engagements, we can start four months in advance. At the shortest, we are able to do all the preparation in two months time.

Q6 : As my partner lives overseas, is it possible to prepare by myself?

We will be able to proceed if either groom or bride can attend the meetings. We can communicate with the other party through e-mail, etc.

Q7 : Can we sample the menu?

We regularly organize sample menu tastings during the Bridal Fair for couples who are deciding their wedding venue. Please ask our Wedding Concierge for the schedule. Separately, we offer tasting sessions with their original menus for those couples who have already booked weddings with us.

Q8 : Can you prepare a children's menu?

We have children's menu priced at ¥3000 and ¥5000 depending on the age of the child. Please ask our Wedding Concierge for a menu change.

Q9 : Can you prepare a special menu for select guests?

We can prepare the special menu, for small numbers of guests, with allergy and meal restrictions. Please let us know the specific ingredients and requirements in detail.

Q10 : Do you have a carry-in charge?

If you wish to bring in wedding costumes from a non-appointed agent of the Club, the carry-in charge of ¥10,000/piece for the groom and ¥30,000/piece for the bride will be charged. As for "hikidemono(thank-you-for-coming gift)" and "hikidegashi" (please refrain from bringing refrigerated / perishable goods), carry-in charge is ¥300/ piece.
Please ask our staff for other carry-in fees or articles not permitted in the Club.

Q11 : Do you have a changing room for attendees?

Two Japanese rooms (male/female) will be provided in the Club on the wedding ceremony/reception day. Please use the Banquet Cloak to store cloths etc.

Q12 : Do you have full coordination available in the banquet hall?

During the meetings, Wedding Concierge will advise you of your table shape and layout, followed by flower coordination, proposing your flower ornaments, table cloth (total 9 colors) flower decorations, according to your requests.

Q13 : Do you have visual equipment at the venue?

Our main venue, 'club room I', is equipped with three projectors and three 200-inch screens. You can use them as you prefer. Play your profile DVDs, images, and slideshows for entertainment, etc. 'the club room II' is equipped with one projector and 200-inch screen.

Q14 : Do you provide costume rentals for parents?

The Club's appointed store "Hatsuko Endo Weddings" in Ginza 1-chome, will be able to provide formal kimono and morning coat for rent. Please make appointments in advance.

Q15 : Can we have our second party in the Club?

As restaurants and bars in the Club are reserved for the Members, second parties can be arranged only in the banqueting hall. Reservations can be made 3 month in advance, however second parties are allowed for only those couples who have wedding receptions in the Club. Exceptions will be made Club Members. (We will not accept reservations for any second parties only.)

Q16 : Do you offer a bridal esthetic service?

At Hills Spa, operated directly by Hills Club, we offer numerous esthetic wedding plans please utilize our service for relaxation of your mind and body and creation of beautiful skin before your wedding.

Q17 : Are my guests allowed to use the restaurants and bars at the Club?

Please note that your guests are not allowed to use the Club restaurants and bars except facilities for wedding anterooms.
