MEMBERSHIP
Roppongi Hills Club, the starting point for the birth of a new culture. Dreams and a sense of adventure, light-hearted conversation, intellectual and practical exchanges; these are the everlasting riches accrued to our Members. Free and open communication amidst beautiful surroundings stimulates a mutual intellectual and creative exchange, an exchange that, spurred by the thoughts and feelings of our members, will surely usher in a new age. A private club like no other is here.
1. INITIATION FEE. INITIATION DEPOSIT, AND ANNUAL DUES
The amount is as set forth as follows :

Consumption Tax included.
The Initiation Deposit shall be refunded at the time of withdrawal from membership, but no Initiation Fees shall be refunded.
As a substitute for Annual Dues, Monthly Dues are available upon request.
No interest shall be accrued on the Initiation Deposit.
Calculation of Annual Dues or Monthly Dues shall be initiated in the month immediately following the month in which the Application Form is received.
The Initiation Fee, the Initiation Deposit, and the Annual Dues for that year shall be paid in advance.
Please note that the Spousal Member shall pay Annual Dues only and may not pay Monthly Dues.
2.Admission to Membership
All Applications are subject to a screening process. If you are interested in becoming a Member, please request an Application to the Roppongi Hills Club Membership Office. An Information / Application Kit will be sent to you within two to three business days.
3.Required Documents
Each Application for Membership, once completed by the Applicant, should be forwarded, together with the following documents, to the Roppongi Hills Club Membership Office:
· Completed Application Form
· One Photograph as indicated on the Application Form
· Copy of Alien Registration Card or Passport photo page
· (SPOUSAL MEMBER APPLIACTIONS)
Copy of Alien Registration Card or certified copy of Family Registry, indicating Applicant as a Spouse of a current Member.
4.Notice
Individual Membership rights may be transferred.
Members may request a Leave of Absence for a maximum period of 5 years for justifiable reason, such as illness or overseas residency.
* All Applications are subject to screening and in some cases may be denied. Screening process take up to 4 weeks.
* All Application and Information content shall be in accordance with Club By Laws.
* Club By-Laws are subject to change.
